This is the rare and hard to find Jody Battaglia Little Colonel Monkey from the Beary Best Friends collection. He is mint with tag. He stands 4 inches tall and is made of 100% wool felt and mohair. Made in 2000 and has an attached/signed tag under his pant leg. Never exposed to smoke, perfume, scent of any kind. He is from my personal monkey collection and has been kept in a display case until now. As a former bear shop owner I fell in love with Jody’s work. She designed many Boyds bears and animals, but I looked for her originals like the Little Colonel. He is a wonderful monkey.
